Environmental & Agrology
Soil, agrology, and environmental work led by a Professional Agrologist with public-sector ALC and municipal experience.
Farm plans, ALC applications, environmental work, and the construction team to build it. One team, across British Columbia.
Partners & Clients
A selection of the municipalities, partners, and institutions we've worked alongside.
We support landowners, farmers, and local governments across British Columbia, guiding ALR/ALC and municipal approvals, soil and fill compliance, and the on-site delivery that carries a project through to completion.
Environmental and agrology work, plus a full construction crew, both in-house, so your project keeps the same team from first assessment to finished build.
Soil, agrology, and environmental work led by a Professional Agrologist with public-sector ALC and municipal experience.
A full construction division under the Titrin name, led by our licensed builder & general contractor, estimates, trades, and equipment managed in-house, kept aligned with your ALR, ALC, and municipal approvals.
Titrin runs a full construction division under one roof, led by an in-house licensed builder and general contractor. Site prep, foundations, framing, and finishing, managed in-house and kept aligned with the ALR, ALC, and municipal approvals our agrology side secured. One accountable team from the first assessment to the final inspection.
Real soil science, a decade of local regulatory experience, and a team that stays on the file.
Ten-plus years inside the ALC and a BC municipality. We know how reviewers actually read a file.
Recommendations built on site conditions and soil data, not a template.
We're on site monitoring the work, keeping it compliant, and catching problems early.
We talk to landowners and regulators in their own terms, so the file keeps moving.
Most firms hand you a report and walk away. We stay through assessments, permits, construction, and compliance.
Titrin led the environmental permitting package for a development bordering the Agricultural Land Reserve, preparing the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and Environmental Impact Assessment and coordinating environmental compensation modelling for submission to the municipality. We acted as the lead consultant and primary point of contact, working alongside environmental biologist partners and the City through review.
