About Titrin Agrisoil Solutions
Agrology, environmental, and construction work, built on a decade of public-sector experience in British Columbia.
Titrin AgriSoil Solutions was founded by Tishtaar (Tish) Titina, P.Ag., a Professional Agrologist registered with the BC Institute of Agrologists. He holds a B.Sc. in Plant & Soil Science and an M.Sc. in Land & Water Systems, both from UBC, plus more than a decade working in agricultural land-use, regulatory compliance, and environmental permitting across British Columbia.
Before Titrin, he spent over ten years between the Agricultural Land Commission and the City of Richmond, compliance and enforcement, application review, policy interpretation, and soil and land-alteration oversight. He has seen which files clear quickly and which ones stall, and why. That is the view he brings to your project.
Today Titrin covers the whole cycle: farm plans, ALC applications, land capability and fill assessments, Phase 1 ESAs, monitoring, reclamation and closure, and environmental management (CEMP, EIA, ESC). With an in-house licensed builder and general contractor, the firm also takes on construction, so one team can run a project from first assessment to finished build, aligned with ALR, ALC, and municipal requirements the whole way. On cross-disciplinary work, we partner with firms like Madrone Environmental Services Ltd.
